New Jazz-Kit for OneShot
A pack that actually sounds like a proper modern jazz kit!
Our latest addition to the OneShot Sample Packs, this kit is definitely more than "good enough for jazz". In fact, it is the best sounding jazz drums that we've ever heard! We've put a lot of effort in capturing the many different playing styles on the snare drum, as well as the ride cymbal. This gives a kit that's really fun to play, and it sounds "just right".
Let's be honest: We know how a modern jazz drum kit should sound, how to play it and how to record and make samples out of it. Take for instance, the snare drum; in jazz, it's not just about hitting it – it's about all the little nuances: rim shots, regular strokes, side stick, buzzes, and rolls. Similarly, the ride cymbal offers a spectrum of tones depending on where and how it's struck. We've meticulously crafted each component, ensuring plenty of velocity layers and round robins, resulting in a remarkably dynamic and musical kit. In total, Jazz-Kit delivers an authentically acoustic, highly playable drum set that captures the essence of jazz.
